Custom Manufacturing

Since 1996, our Hawaii team has designed and manufactured quality:

  • Board Shorts
  • Fight Shorts
  • Rash Guards
  • Hawaiian Shirts
  • Hawaiian Dresses

Minimums are 144 pieces per style/pattern. Rash Guard minimum is 50 pieces. Normal delivery time is 8-10 weeks from sample approval and deposit. We have patterns on file or you can develop an original. Set-up cost can range from $250 - $350 per style.

Since 2001, we have been manufacturing and importing larger quantities (minimum 500 pc.) from mainland China. Allow 10 - 12 weeks for delivery after final sample approval/deposit.

Deposit/Payment Policies:

  • Prior payment for sample development
  • 50% deposit with final sewing order
  • Final payment prior to shipment
